提出了3带紧支正交对称小波基构造的一种新方法, 在低通滤波器给定条件下, 由此方法可得到2个支集长度最短正交对称高通滤波器序列, 且使得小波基函数构造更便于计算机程序实现.

In this article, a new method for constructing symmetric orthogonal wavelets with scal 3 is provided. It is easily to abtain two highpass symmtric filter banks with the shortest length when the lowpass filter banks are given, and the method is easily implemented by computer program.
