Abstract

In this article, we consider the nonlinear cell division model with proliferating phase and quiescent phase. The trait of the model is that the cell division rate and cell-stage transition rates are dependent of the age and the total cell population. By using the Banach fixed point theorem, we prove the existence and uniqueness of a global solution for this problem.
